We have detected the following inappropriate words: scum

So I was online rating Celebration Community Church on City Search, and I tried to mention Scum of the Earth as another great Denver church. They would not let me post it because my rating had the word "Scum" in it.

This was the response that forced me to change it to the "Sum of the Earth":

"We have detected the following inappropriate words: scum"

Nice job "Reese".

LOL

Our Denver Church

Looking for a great denver community church ? Check out the thepartychurch, com.

Seriously, my wife and I love our community there. It's a cheesy URL-and we don't party all that much, but we truly do celebrate trying to live life in the way of Jesus as much as possible.

Of course I still miss the Porch. Apparently Javier, Cory, Ben and the gang are making a new album.

Cheers!

I am ALIVE!

So some of you know I have had some heart health issues these past few months-and they kept from being able to exercise.

But after a clean bill of health, I may actually be able to go to bed early tonight and by tomorrow at 6am I will be back to spinning with my heart rate so high I will feel like it might explode!

I also need to drop the 10 pounds I gained during the last 2 months-and another 10 after that.

God bless.

Lazy Blogger

In support of Javier, I am going to start blogging again-but I am not going to follow all of the rules he has in his Master's degree assignment.

I am blogging while watching 24. Man, so much good tv, so little time. The only way I can justify watching so much tv is that I am normally working or working out while watching-or in this case-blogging. In no particular order-I watch Boston Legal, 30 rock, Smallville, Prison Break, American Idol, Heroes, My Name is Earl, The Office, Grey's Anatomy, The Avatar, The Justice League, CSI, and the Law & Orders for background noise-when all of the HBO shows are back I am going to OD-not to mention all of the movies I have to see. Good thing companies don't test for TV addiction. At least I get a lot of work done while watching.

At least I don't have to watch commercials or channel surf because of the DVRs in our house (3 of them)

I need an intervention.

I don't have much to blog about-just a few prayer requests:

For my son Tyler, who is going through the Army basic training. He is fighting a cold, leading his squadron, and preparing for his 3 year assignment in the Honor Guard in DC. (Whew-he is not going to Iraq anytime soon)

For my new career-it's going to be a lot of hard work, but very exciting and a great career move for me and my family.

For my wife-who is dealing with very little sleep because of Little Eva and Juliet keeping her up all night.

Eli and Madison-they are in 6th and 7th grade-remember how weird that time of life was?

Mostly praise-for all of the blessings in our lives.

Anyway-God bless you all-and comment if you read this-at least just a quick note to say hi-it let's me know you cared enough to read.
